Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all tags must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Full face snorkel masks (due to hygiene reasons)
- Used water sports equipment
- Items not in original condition or missing parts/tags
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved:
- Repackage item(s) in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- For paddles and SUPs, ensure all parts are securely packed to prevent damage
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a return shipping address (our warehouse in Los Angeles).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt
Refund Processing
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item (e.g., switching from an Aluminum SUP paddle to a Carbon SUP paddle):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- Customer is responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product (e.g., Glassfibre SUP paddle instead of Carbon SUP paddle):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
